1. General

• The website is operated by Adama VeShamaim - Parazon Design, Business Registration Number: 516047859, located in Yavne’el, Israel.

• All users are required to carefully read these terms and policies. Placing a reservation constitutes full and informed agreement to these terms.

• We reserve the right to update this policy from time to time.

2. Reservations and Cancellations

• Reservation: A reservation is valid only after receiving written confirmation from the host.

• Payment: Payment can be made via credit card, Bit, or bank transfer. A deposit of 50% confirms the booking.

• Cancellation Policy:

  • Cancellation up to 8 days prior to arrival – full refund.

  • Cancellation between 7 days prior – 50% charge.

  • Cancellation less than 3 days prior – full charge.

  • Same-day cancellation or no-show – no refund.

3. Privacy Policy

• We are committed to protecting our customers' privacy. Personal data collected on the site is kept confidential and is not shared with third parties.

• The site is secured with SSL encryption and advanced security protocols.

4. Hospitality Rules and Conduct

• Entry to the hosting area is conditional on respectful behavior and adherence to staff instructions.

• Smoking is strictly prohibited inside accommodation buildings.

• Pets are not allowed without prior approval.

• Maintaining cleanliness is a basic condition for staying at the farm.

• Any damage to property will be charged according to repair costs.

5. Event Policy

• Hosting an event requires prior approval and full logistical coordination.

• Music, amplification, and lighting must comply with local law and municipal guidelines.

• For events with more than 200 participants, security and/or ushers must be arranged by the client.

6. Accessibility

• The website complies with Israeli web accessibility standards (W3C WCAG 2.0 AA).

• Some facilities at the farm are accessible to people with disabilities – please contact us in advance for specific needs.

7. Copyrights

• All content on the website – including images, texts, design, logo, and videos – is the exclusive property of Adama VeShamaim Farm and may not be used without prior written permission.
